Extraordinary General Meeting 2020

Adyen N.V. is pleased to invite its shareholders for the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at the Hilton Double Tree Hotel, Oosterdoksstraat 4, (1011DK) Amsterdam on 14 January 2020 at 10:00 hours CET.

Number of votes and shares: In the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on January 14, 2020, shareholders will be able to cast 30,045,898 votes. This equals the number of shares outstanding as per the record date December 17, 2020.
